1. Who we are
Elite Auto Group, a car workshop in Merchtem, Belgium, is responsible for your data. Write to info@eliteautogroup.be, WhatsApp +32 471 59 31 60, or Instagram @eliteautogroup.be.
2. What we collect
The contact form asks for name, phone, make and model (optional) and a message. When you send it, we email the workshop and keep a copy as an inquiry on this site. If you write on WhatsApp or Instagram, we use what you send there, such as photos of the car.
3. Why we use it
We use your details to answer you, book a visit, give a price and do the work. That follows your request and, where it applies, our need to run the workshop under Belgian and EU law (GDPR). We do not sell your data or use it for ads.
4. Who else sees it
Instagram and WhatsApp go through Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. Their own privacy rules apply there. We share details with a supplier only if the job needs it, such as a part or an extra test.
5. How long we keep it
We keep job and customer records as long as the work, the law and any claim require. Form inquiries stay in the site admin until we remove them. Chat history stays in WhatsApp or Instagram as those apps set it.
6. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or limit your data, or take a copy of it, by writing to info@eliteautogroup.be or WhatsApp. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be / autoriteprotectiondonnees.be).
7. Cookies
This site has no ad cookies and no analytics. The language is the page you opened (EN, FR, NL, UK).

If we change this policy, the new text and date go on this page.
