Regular servicing
Each brand sets its own interval. If you drive every day, a check once a year is a good baseline. We look at fluids, lights, tyres, brake wear and, if needed, we read the warning lights.
Before a long trip
Check tyre pressure, washer fluid and lights. If a warning light is on, or you hear a new noise, or the car pulls to one side, get it checked before you leave.
When to write to us
Write if the car shakes when you brake, smokes, leaks fluid, smells of burning, or keeps a warning light on. A photo of the dash or a short recording of the noise helps us prepare.
